Context
I wanted a portfolio that is itself a demonstration: content managed in a headless CMS, server-rendered for SEO, translated, measurable, and readable by AI agents as well as people. It also doubles as a reference implementation of the Contentful page → section → component architecture I use in client work.
What's inside
- Content architecture — a Contentful
pageLanding → section → componentmodel; sections and components are composed in the CMS and dispatched by type in the frontend, so the page layout is editable without a deploy. The Projects section you came from is one such component. - Rendering — Next.js 16 App Router with server components, fetching Contentful's GraphQL API through a generated, fully typed SDK; publishes appear immediately.
- Internationalisation —
next-intlrouting withenandpt-BR, locale-aware content fetching and translated UI chrome. - Discoverability — metadata built from CMS SEO fields, Person / WebSite / CreativeWork JSON-LD, a sitemap, and a WebMCP bridge that exposes the site to AI agents.
- Quality — Jest + Testing Library suites for data mappers, components and routes; ESLint; conventional commits.
- Infrastructure — deployed on AWS Amplify behind CloudFront.
